Due to the Internet''s rapidly evolving nature, Ascentis may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Information Collection and Use

We host personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, contact data, username, password, social security number, age or date of birth, gender, income level, financial information and employer name) which is placed on our servers in one of two possible ways: (1) your employer maintains basic information about you on our servers to enable your employer to process your payroll and payroll taxes pursuant to our agreement with your employer; and (2) you voluntarily provide it to us in the course of your use of our services and in your communications with Ascentis. When we receive your personally identifiable information, we may use it to verify your authority to access Employee Self-Service or to respond to your requests for information.

Cookies

We may use small text files called cookies to improve overall Site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user''s hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you.

Disclosure

We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority. If you wish to review, correct or delete any of your personally identifiable information, you may edit your information online or contact your employer directly. If you edit your information online, any changes you make to any of your personally identifiable information will not be effective until your employer accepts such changes.
